Here are some of the common questions about our Collectibles

How is my price determined?

We do our best to research current trends and pricing. We try through this research to determine a fair and competitive price.
When our research does not find the exact item, we calculate the price from an array of similar items.

Can I get my order sooner?

We try and ship within three business days, preferably the next day. We use Canada Post for all shipments.
Shipping depends on available containers to ship the safest way possible.
Faster shipping, if required, could be arranged through Fed-Ex or UPS at an additional cost to you. Costs to be determined at the time of purchase.

May we order more than one of a product?

There are a very few items that we do have more than one. These will have the quantities listed by the product.
The possibility of ordering more than one only exists on those few items.

How long is turnaround time?

We strive to ship items on the next working day if at all possible.
Time is determined by volumes and special packing. While all items do require special packing, accessibility of packing products could be limited.
Our aim is to ship no later then three working days after the order is placed and would only be delayed beyond that under extreme circumstances and we would definitely relay any of these to you.
