The Victorian small leaves reverse design was carried forward into the Edward VII coinage.
London Mint strikings (1902 – 1907) and Ottawa Mint strikings (1908 – 1910) have no mint marks.
Obverse and Reverse design is by George W. DeSaultes.
Composition is .95 copper, .04 tin, .01 zinc. The mintage was 3,973,339.
This beautiful bright coin would be a MS63 except for a very slight scratch, barely noticable, on its face.
The lower price reflects this.
